Ken Corsini's Deal Farm podcast is one I recommend to anyone interested in learning about Real Estate investment. Ken's guests talk openly about how they got into real estate investing, how their business has progressed and their best deal ever. The sound quality is clear and crisp. There is no need to adjust the volume during the podcast. Ken's guests are professionals. They have a track record of investing and share both wins and losses. They are not novices, gurus, or speculators. I first heard the name Ken Corsini on The Real Estate Guys radio show. I discovered The Deal Farm podcast and initially shied away because of the word farm in the title. I know, how close minded of me. Well, I'm glad I gave it a second chance. His is one of the best real estate investing podcasts available. The format consists of brief intro music before Ken welcomes his guest to the show. The conversations flow smoothly. His interviews remind me of two friends sitting down over a cup of coffee to discuss their real estate business. Ken is an active real estate investor. He is not a guru trying to sell you an educational system or scare you into real estate investment by forecasting doom and gloom. He does invite the listeners to contact him if they want to do business or for advice if they are looking to do a deal.
