It’s hard to find podcasts that combine both quality content and quality sound—Deal Farm has both. Click on any of the thousands of podcasts out there and you’ll run into tinny recording setups or guys who just want to give general advice that can be found in any ol' playbook…”Work hard” “Keep your head up” etc. etc. Rather than focusing solely on abstract investment philosophy, Ken (often with a guest) discusses tangible investment strategy with real life examples. Great stuff Ken—keep up the good work. A must for anyone in real estate.

deal farm
I recognized a number of the guys he has already interviewed and am very intrigued by their stories. I am sure I will continue listening to this podcast as he releases more episodes.

Easy to listen to. Not a lot of fluff, he gets straight to the point. Would definitely recommend.
